Philosophy of Education: My desire and passion to address gaps and disparities within organizations and communities drives me to work for Harlem Park. My abilities to dissect a complex problem and develop solutions to solve the core of the problem is what continues to fuel my fire for the work I do. Seeing individuals and my community thriving is my joy and my reason for attempting to show up as my best self daily.

Fun Fact: I am a licensed cosmetologist.
